The Paul Sartori Foundation is a Hospice at Home charity based in Pembrokeshire. The charity provides hands-on care and equipment loan directly into the homes of people living in the later stages of a life-limiting illness.
The aim of the charity is to enable people to spend their last days at home, maintaining their independence and dignity, whilst being surrounded by those they hold dear.
Last year alone, Paul Sartori Hospice at Home helped over 1,025 people fulfil their wish to spend their final days at home by delivering 19,943 hours of care. This included hands-on care, equipment loan, counselling, bereavement support, physiotherapy, advanced care planning, specialist nurse advice and complementary therapy services.
The Hospice at Home service is available 365 days of the year and operates a 24/7 on-call service. This is made possible by the dedication of more than 440 volunteers and staff at the charity.
In Memoriam donation
Over the years, we at Brighton Williams have had the privilege of building many close and enduring relationships with people. We chose to support this charity in memory of one of our most long-standing clients, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
We are very pleased to have been able to contribute towards the continuation of this much needed and used service.
